From the New York area: From Newark International Airport travel on New Jersey Route 78 West to Route 24 North. Follow Route 24 to Interstate 287 West. Take I-287 West to Interstate 80 West. Follow I-80 West to exit 273 (White Haven). At end of ramp turn right and go to the first stop sign. Continue straight one more block and turn left onto Buffalo Street (at the sign marked White Haven Center). Proceed on Buffalo Street for exactly 3.8 miles where the road will make a 90 degree left turn. At that point make a 90 degree right turn onto a small crushed rock road and stay right for the driveway leading to The Country Place Retreat Center (about 1 block). Welcome!
From George Washington Bridge: Go West on Interstate 80 towards Delaware Water Gap. Follow I-80 West to exit 273 (White Haven). At end of ramp turn right and go to the first stop sign. Continue straight one more block and turn left onto Buffalo Street (at the sign marked White Haven Center). Proceed on Buffalo Street for exactly 3.8 miles where the road will make a 90 degree left turn. From Lincoln Tunnel: Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 15W (Interstate 280). Follow I-280 West To Interstate 80 West towards the Delaware Water Gap. Follow I-80 West to exit 273 (White Haven). From Philadelphia Airport: Follow signs to airport exit, then immediately exit to Route I-95 South towards Wilmington, DE. Continue on I-95 South to I-476 North (toward Plymouth Meeting). You will enter the PA Turnpike to the Northeast Extension (toward Allentown still on I-476 North) and follow it to Interstate 80 (Pocono exit 95). Follow I-80 West to exit 273 (White Haven). At end of ramp turn right and go to the first stop sign. Continue straight one more block and turn left onto Buffalo Street (at the sign marked White Haven Center). Proceed on Buffalo Street for exactly 3.8 miles where the road will make a 90 degree left turn. From Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Airport: Exit airport to I-81 South. Continue on I-81 South to Rt. 309 South. Follow 309 South to Rt. 437 South. Turn left onto Rt. 437 South and proceed 10.4 miles to Peat Moss Road (across from Murphy's Lumber). Turn right onto Peat Moss Road and proceed 2.3 miles to stop sign. Turn right onto Oley Valley Road and proceed 1.3 miles to entrance to The Country Place. Turn right onto red rock road at the 90 degree bend in road. Follow road, bearing right to parking lot.
