Writing, Creativity and Ritual Retreat in Glastonbury, July 25-August 4 March 1 is the last day to Save $200! Glastonbury and the retreat are a journey, an experience, a pilgrimage. Glastonbury and the surrounding Somerset landscape (often referred to as Summerland in legends) is a place where history and ancient mysteries do come alive. Here our writing soars and, we return changed. I’ve other new places to explore, so this fifth visit to Glastonbury won't be repeated for a long time. Journey Into the Imagination, Annual Spring Writing Weekend at Wisdom House I have only a few places left for the Spring Writing Weekend, so if you are interesting in coming, please register. We are staying in the farmhouse again this year! Some women who are coming to Glastonbury and have not worked with me are fulfilling the pre-requisite by attending the Spring Writing Weekend.
The Sunday Creativity TeleCircles: Fearless Creativity, A Women’s Wisdom Circle. The Sunday Creativity TeleCircles have always been a popular and inspiring gathering. It is a place to share our inner journeys in a circle of creative women who speak the same language, the language of creativity. There are not many places or people who understand much less speak this language, and so these circles are truly precious. Two New TeleSeminar for Spring: Plot or Character? Which Is More Important? and Writing the Journey. Dates to be announced soon. I am planning two TeleSeminars for spring. Plot or Character? Which Is More Important? is based on the blog series of the same name that explores the differences and challenges of the character driven and plot driven writer. Writing the Journey explores the gift of being a writer and the powerful ways in which writing has changed, is changing and can change our lives.
Ongoing Writing Workshops Mondays at noon in my home in Yorktown Heights, NY. This is an ongoing workshop for people working on novels and other longer pieces. Monday evening, 7pm: Write Without Pressure, a TeleWorkshop for those who are finding it difficult to sit down and write. Tuesday evening, 7pm: An ongoing workshop for people working on novels and other longer pieces. Please note: All workshops run as series and all times are eastern time. I am currently accepting applications for my Monday and Tuesday workshops. The Monday evening class, Write Without Pressure, will start a new series in April.
