Writing: We gather each morning to write and share. The writing will be spontaneous and includes everything from journaling to access your deeper wisdom, to fiction, poetry and whatever else is waiting within you, hungry to be expressed through images and words! All levels of writers are welcomed.

Creativity: We explore the creative process through guided imagery, interviewing characters, music and other techniques Emily has developed to both further your stories and access the passion of the creative unconscious.

Ritual: We use ritual to deepen our connection to the mystery of the creative unconscious and to makes the intangible tangible. Ritual is both a deeply personal and a communal experience that connects the individual to something greater than self. Ritual is particularly important for the creative person who is at home with the mysteries that are revealed through the language of dreams, symbols, images, colors, rhythms and the senses.
