The Crone, A TeleWorkshop

Crone is wise woman and healer, she who guides our transitions from life to death and rebirth. Crone represents a stage that begins with menopause, but her wisdom and influence touch women (and men) of all ages. Her companionship is with us as we enter life, which is, perhaps our first death experience. For as we travel down the birth canal, we are shedding the protective cocoon of our mother's womb and our existence as a water creature. Even as that existence is shed, we are born into the great adventure of life where we face many deaths and rebirths:

We die to the child to be reborn as the teenager, the girl who bleeds.
This girl dies to be reborn as the woman in her fullness, and she, in turn, dies to be reborn as the crone, the woman who no longer bleeds, but is fertile with life's wisdom and compassion.
We have to let go of something or someone we love, whether it be a relationship, a job, or a dream.
Ultimately, we die to our bodies and our personalities, but if we walk with the wisdom, healing and beauty of Crone, this death is neither to be feared nor is it an end. Rather it is another transformation in the enduring cycles of life, death and rebirth.

In this new TeleWorkshop, which is for women of any age, we will explore the ways and wisdom the Crone. We will embrace her mystery, her healing and her beauty. We will be the wise women for each other and ourselves.

My workshops, TeleSeminars and retreats have explored reclaiming the Feminine as teacher, warrior, archetype and divinity. I am also a writing coach and a widely published novelist.
