• During the first session, we begin to know each other as we discuss how the program works and how it will be tailored to your needs.

• We make an appointment for our second session. I send you an e-book with exercises and information that helps you prepare for this second session. You may also send me some of your writing, if you have some that you would like to share with me.
  
  
• Our second session runs about an hour and a half to two hours.
  
  Introductory Sessions, includes both sessions: $200

These introductory sessions are not only to get you started on your journey, but also for you to get a sense of me and how we work together. It is essential that you feel comfortable, inspired and that you trust me to guide you on this journey. If you desire to continue working with me and sign up for one of the following series, I apply the $200 for the Introductory Sessions toward our future sessions and the introductory session become free.
