The Sacred Yes

I had a thought today... I really am drawn to it and want to work on it. This is the thought:
Before I say "no" to something... especially a "no" that is fear driven... can I say "yes" to the sacredness of me, my truth. Yes, this is my truth and maybe this time I can't live out of it... maybe this time the fear is too much ... but all the same, before I pull back, I will say yes to the sacredness of my being. My truth. I might unravel but I know my center is calm and safe.
