As I battle with myself...
It seems to me that this journey of life, which we have all chosen, is a labyrinth walk. There is no going back once we begin, and although all too often we seem lost, we never are. Never, truly.
It is only our ego in the guise of our mind who tell us we are lost. This mind, ardent believer in what it sees, feels and thinks it knows, is a savvy lobbyist who will stop at nothing, no matter the cost, to keep us believing it has the answer, salvation itself! Yet despite all its propoganda, the heart will have its say, if only in our dreams.
I am becoming more and more convinced that I am in a battle between the dictates of my ego and deep knowings of my heart. I am dedicated to the ultimate triumph of heart, consort of my soul, whose wisdom beyond knowing will take me home.
