Your Retreat Fee Includes:

  • The retreat

  • Room and board, includes yummy meals at Il Grande Prato!

  • Two days in Florence, including entrance fees to the Uffizi Museum and the Academia (home of Michaelangelo’s David).

  • A Tuscan Cooking lesson at Il Grande Prato
  • All bus and train fares once you are in Italy, including round trip bus from Florence airport to Il Grande Prato.

  • A guided tour of Florence.

Airfare to Italy is not included. In addition, if you land at any airport other than Florence or your flight times do not allow you to meet the chartered bus, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from Il Grande Prato. (We arrange the bus departure times to meet the needs of as many women as possible.) Lunch on touring days, admission into museums (other than the Uffizi and the Academia) and gratuities at Il Grande Prato are not included.

The retreat is limited to 20 women
A $200 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will hold your place.

Fees are non-refundable unless the retreat is filled from the waiting list. If you leave the retreat or post retreat trip for any reason, no fees are refundable. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance. Be sure your passport is up to date! (Check the post office for passport information.) 

All tours, accommodations and transportation are the sole responsibility of the actual provider, i.e. Il Grande Prato, the bus company, etc. We provide no insurance concerning, and have no liability to you, for any of their services. By signing up for the retreat, you are releasing us of all responsibility for any damages that may occur by reason of the tours, accommodations and transportation.
